BURBANK, Calif. — Walt Disney Co. said Wednesday it will pay an annual cash dividend of 35 cents per share on Jan. 19 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 14.The company said it has paid dividends for 54 consecutive years.The company also plans to hold its annual shareholder meeting on March 10 in San Antonio, Texas.
