WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama is making another pitch Tuesday to save energy and help the economy by encouraging people to make their homes more energy-efficient.Obama will make his presentation during a visit to a Home Depot store in northern Virginia.In the afternoon, he will have a lunch with business leaders.
