LONDON — A British woman decapitated by a Bulgarian man in an attack on the Spanish island of Tenerife was on Saturday named as 60-year-old Jennifer Mills-Westley.The grandmother-of-five died on Friday when she was attacked in a shop by the knife-wielding Bulgarian man who then fled with her severed head.Mills-Westley was originally from Norwich, eastern England, where she worked as a road safety officer with the local council, one of her two daughters, Sarah, said in a statement."Mum retired a number of years ago and was fully enjoying her retirement travelling between Tenerife and France where she spent time visiting her daughter and grandchildren, and her other daughter in Norfolk," she said."She was full of life, generous of heart, would do anything for anyone. We now have to find a way of living without her love and light," she added.Her attacker was named by police only as 28-year-old Bulgarian Deyan Valentinov D. No surname was given.The attack took place in a store in the tourist spot of Los Cristianos beach in Arona, on the southern side of Tenerife.Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations.
